Character Values Random Generator for Sims 4
This randomizer works for everyone from toddlers to elders. This will change your sim characters and give them much more depth. Turn on the testing cheats and use this code:
stats.set_stat lifeskillstatistic_
Directly after the underscore, type one of the character values (the two-worded ones should be entered as one word, no space). Then, type a space and your number value. The range is from -100 to 100. If your sim is an adult and falls on the high side in either direction (90 or above), don't forget to equip them with the extra trait to go with it.
To equip the bonus traits for high values, use cheat code:
traits.equip_trait [the trait name]
Here are the cheat names:
Empathy: Compassionate/Unfeeling
Manners: GoodManners/BadManners
Responsibility: LifeSkills_Responsible/Irresponsible
Conflict Resolution: Mediator/Argumentative

Random Sims 4 Child Generator
This Sims 4 randomizer works for children. It does not have traits because you can use the adult generator on the main page to choose those. For skills, turn on the testing cheats and use this code:
stats.set_skill_level skill_child_
Directly after the underscore, type one of the 4 skills. (Hint: you can frequently just type in the first letter or several letters of the skill and get the same result.) Then, type a space and your number value.

The Top 4 Skills (Creativity, Mental, Motor, & Social) are children-only skills and require the skill-child codes. The skills of Bowling, Dog Training, Skating, & Vampire Lore are for ages children and up. Those codes are:

Sims 4 Random Toddler Generator
This Sims 4 randomizer works for toddlers only and are the only skills/traits toddlers can have. Turn on the testing cheats and use this code:
stats.set_skill_level statistic_skill_toddler_
Directly after the underscore, type one of the 5 skills (or, just the first letter...). Then, type a space and your number value.
Career Random Generator
This Sims 4 career randomizer takes into account every adult career from all branches and all levels. It even takes into account the probability that a sim would be unemployed or self-employed, loosely based on the US data.
Also, part-time jobs for adult sims have been added, thanks to a recent update that allows for this.

There are 644 possibilities.
Some of the "Self-Employed" results will state only that, left up to you just how they will be self-employed. Others will have more detail, and these options contain every conceivable way in the game of earning a living independently-- from musician to vet to mooch, and more. Remember to register your sims with the Ministry of Labor over the phone, and you can give them the appropriate job title and description.
And these jobs are not to be confused with the Freelance gig jobs, which are included in the generator as well.
